3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped using insulated packaging to maintain product integrity. 

King Chops is not responsible for: 

• Delays caused by carriers 

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers 

• Unclaimed deliveries left out beyond the packaging’s cooling window 

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery in a timely manner. 

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damaged items, missing products, or incorrect delivery), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue. 

5. Subscriptions

Some boxes may offer optional subscription plans. If you subscribe: 

• You agree to recurring charges until you cancel 

• You can cancel or change your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us 

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and shipping information
